Alexandre MALAN

Doctor of International law, Alexandre MALAN holds two Master Degrees in Business Law and in International Law. He practiced as a lawyer in consulting as well as in litigation and international arbitration for several well-known law firms (Ernst & Young – Arthur Andersen, Lyon-Caen, Fabiani, Thiriez).

Alexandre MALAN specializes in litigation and arbitration, and especially in distribution law, banking law, transport law and industrial risk.

He gives lectures in International business litigation at the University Paris XII, and at the University of Mans. He holds a Certificate of Specialization in International relations law from the Paris Bar.
