Dr BELOT, a Paris Bar attorney, holds an LL.D in Business Law, a Master in European law, a Master in Private Law and a Political Science diploma. During five years he taught different subjects relating to business law (company law, tax and business law, banking law), at Paris II Panthe'on-Assas University.

Former chairman of the Federation of the Political Science Institutes Alumni's Associations (47 000 alumni), also founder-chairman of the Paris, Brussels, Bordeaux, Business Clubs linked to this alumni network (www.anciens-iep.net)

Dr BELOT is also the French and Belgian representative of the Guild of Russian Lawyers (www.gra.ru), Honorary Lawyer of Russia, Doctor Honoris Causa of the Russian Academy of Advocacy. He is also member of the French-Russian Association “The French-Russian Dialogue” which gathers the biggest French and Russian Firms.

Christine BERNARD

Christine Bernard holds a DESS in Business and Tax Law (Paris II - Pantheon Assas), a DEA in Private law (Paris I - Pantheon Sorbonne), and a US Master of Laws (New York University).                                                  

She counsels clients on broad spectrum of matters pertaining to Business Law and is specialized in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, LBO and other complex operations.

Alexandre MALAN

Dr. Malan, a Paris Bar attorney, holds an LL.D in International Law, a Master in Private International Law and in Business law. He has practised as an attorney in several well-known law firms, in counselling but also in litigation and international arbitration.

He does counselling on an international level, drawing up contracts for the setting up of companies, joint ventures, privatizations as well as contracts in the field of engineering and distribution. He is also specialized in construction, transport and torts law.                                                                                                                                                                                            

For several years he taught civil and International Law at the Paris 2 Pantheon- Assas University and still conducts International Law seminars. He has also written many articles in university legal reviews..
