Jérôme DEBRA

Member of the Paris Bar and Solicitor of the Supreme Court (England & Wales), Jérôme DEBRAS graduated in business law and business management. He holds Master degrees in Corporate Law, Comparative Law and Information Technology Law.

After a first experience at the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg, he practiced corporate and business law in well renowned national and international firms in Toulouse and Paris. He focuses his practise on corporate law and contracts.

He assists his clients on corporate matters such as mergers & acquisitions, financing, restructuring and venture capital including property, probate, trust, tax matters, and negotiation of nationals and internationals contracts in their economic and regulatory context (competition- consumption- regulation of products…)

He has a specific field of expertise in information technologies contracts and regulation of information technologies (computing, intellectual property, internet, telecommunication, data privacy…)

He advises French and foreign companies in relation to their business activities in en Europe, USA Canada and Latin America (setting-up of business, joint – venture, contracts…)
